Your sequence settings are DV PAL which is lower field first and you’re trying to export it with upper field first. Why is that?

Why don’t you export a smallish H264 file of the original clip so we can actually see what’s up?

The acceleration should be on by default if you have a supported card in your system. Check the project settings like Alex said.

Run the Blackmagic Disk Speed Test program. It’ll tell you what you’re able to capture.

You can add it to the CUDA supported list text file and it should work. My GTX 260 and GTX 660 Ti (and Quadro M2000 on CS5) worked fine with the fix but they weren’t officially supported.
