Choose JPEG as the format, set up the frame rate and resolution and remember to check that export as sequence-tab is checked.

The software is pretty much 10 years old. Either upgrade or deal with it.

That seems to be a pretty old camera that shoots MPEG1 video which is an outdated format. Also the STD setting shoots in 16,6 frames a second (the FINE setting seems to shoot at a more standard frame rate of 30fps) so that will be a/is probably the problem.

So what exactly do you want to stabilize? The only thing I’d stabilize is the dolly moves at the end of the clip and I got it pretty smooth with Warp Stabilizer set to stabilize position.

It’s a private video so I can’t view it. Have you tried stabilizing it in smaller parts?

I would suggest not using phone camera footage native. They have a bunch of different issues that can pop up. Dennis already suggested transcoding and that’s what I’d do too.

Premiere doesn’t have any variable frame rate sequences. Try transcoding the file to a different format.

The phone codecs usually have some weird variable framerate going on so they will not work straight in Premiere.
