Thanks for getting back to me. The clip is 24p progressive. It was converted through DVFilm Maker from 60i. It is true 24p. Any other thoughts?

You can do it on export which is a lot easier.

They said this new version is a “milestone” above the last. I am curious to see if that statement holds true.

Both platforms have issues. If you check other forums you will see that there are just as many problems on both sides.
I have worked on both and I can say that I do NOT like Mac at all. The Mac crashed more on me then any PC ever did.

Try adjusting a pixel at a time.

There is a rotation setting in the motion controls tab. Just click on motion and it will give you handles in the preview monitor.

Some people may argue this point but I love converting my video shot in 60i to 24 frames per second. I think this makes a drastic change. It definitly takes the soap opera look away. If 24p looks to rough to you try deinterlacing which makes it a little smoother.
Of course it takes good compositions and lighting but I think this method helps tremendously.
Try DVFilm maker. Their software is 99.00 opposed to Magic Bullet which is around 700.00. Magic bullet does have better results but it takes FOREVER to render. DVFilm maker is really fast and does give good results.

If their past history accounts for anything it will be a long time until you see anything new.
