    Transform video shape

    I need to map a moving video image to an existing still of a tv screen in Premiere Pro. I can resize the image but the image needs to be at a slight angle so is there a way to grab handles on the corner of the video and drag them to the corners of the tv screen still, like the distort function in Photoshop?

    Try Video Effects> Distort > Corner Pin

    There is a rotation setting in the motion controls tab. Just click on motion and it will give you handles in the preview monitor.
