  • Hey Denton-
    here is what Gabe at tech at FXFac did for me:
    1) use the menu item under the FXFac App (assuming you are able to open this??) to UN install FXfac
    OR
    failing that, do what I did, do a SPOTLIGHT and find/delete all FX Fac files
    2) Gabe sent me a ZIP file of the 2.0.7 (latest) FXFac, which installed fine – unlike the downloaded version which would (why???) not open and leave an APP in the applications folder.

    Understood Zane, thank you-
    my “bug” issue – if that’s what it really was – was my Industrial Noise “FX Factory” FX plug-ins disappeared when installing other noise products. NI techs suggested a bug may have caused this and to re-install FCP before re-installing their FX plug ins…

    Will try the Delete FCP app first and see what happens…
