As an indie myself, my studio specifically offer services to indie film makers and producers. I perfectly understand the indie budget constrains. Don’t think a Teranex or any high-end service is only for deep pocket projects – at least not with us.

By the time the software completes the up-conversion you could have been done using a realtime hardware based upscaler such as the Teranex.
We have one at our studio and offer discounted rates for all CreativeCow forum members.

The Teranex is a hardware formats, frame rates and standards conversion that you can use for your PAL to NTSC project.

There is no access to the machine from the back and it’s pretty much impossible anyone can get behind it . All cables and card were very secured, nothing was loose (that was the first things I checked).
It is working as it suppose to be right now.

There are plenty of panasonic P2 readers. I honestly don’t think they are necessary. Your MacbbokPro should completely be able to read the card. If you have no other option try to rent the reader. Here is a link:
