You’ll find it there.Secondly. AEScripts have a script that makes this much much easier.

I think if you combine layers… you could trick the effect
1. A particle layer that emits particles from logo to a cloud
2. A particle layer that emits particles from points to same cloud.
3. Pre-comp and time reverse the layer in step 2.Looking up how to make a perfect particle loop may help to understand the concept.

*Here’s your answer* Most likely…
(Assuming you’re using 2 monitors)My buddy just had this problem.
The issue is you have a panel open for a plugin (say duik, after ease, cloners and effctors, textor, or heck, even your effects window, text, paragraph, preview, etc.) This is on your second monitor, but slightly overlapping your project window.Mac only renders that window on the second monitor, because it thinks that it should only be on that monitor, but unfortunately it will keep you from clicking on things underneath it on your second monitor(at least in after effects).
So when you try to open comps, you’re not actually clicking on your project panel, but another floating panel that is not visible because MAC is only rendering that window on your second monitor.
MS Windows doesn’t have this problem, because on windows you would see it overlapping your project panel.
This is why resetting your project space works, because it’s going to close that panel, or move it to where the default space thinks it should be.

So I basically need to do the same thing, except for shapes within a single shape layer.
I have a bunch of lines of text on a page, and I’m doing a trim paths, to make it look like it’s written on, but they need to move in the opposite direction, top to bottom, not bottom to top.
For a bunch of parallel lines, this same copy past function doesn’t work within a shape layer… :/

(old post I know)
I like to program a macro into an extra mouse button (If you have a fancy mouse like I do) that does a sequential cut, and paste.
This works great to select key frames layer by layer and hit the button each time to move the keyframe to playhead.

***Captain here,
When you create a null the opacity is set to zero.
If you drag the null in from the project window the opacity is at 100%
A null is really just a 100×100 solid. But when you create a null, it’s opacity is zero, since dragging it from the project window gives you an object with no altered properties, its opacity is back at 100%.
Dave LaRonde… I swear you post on every single question on this site. STOP. If you don’t know the answer, don’t comment.
