I do not have this .dll anywhere on my PC. That is why I suggest making sure that not only is Premiere Pro removed from the system, but make sure to delete the directory where the preferences file is located, and any other Premiere Pro folder other than project files. No need to get rid of project files.

I suggest removing the white background in Photoshop. You can select the white area and just delete it once you copy the background layer and then delete the original layer.

Tim is correct. I think Adobe announces when they send the master media to the printer to be pressed on to the CDs. Why take the chance? They got burned with an early release announcement on 1.5.1 so my guess is that they will continue to be a bit gun shy. They will not pull the trigger until the shot is lined up perfectly and they can not miss.

It sounds like you need to remove Premiere Pro completely. Then reinstall 1.5, then install the 1.5.1 upgrade.

When you import a project at 32KHz into a project at 48KHz, the sequences are all in a bin under the name of the old project. No starting over. Just new settings. Try it out. You will see.

If I might be permitted to butt in here…

If you change the value, a keyframe is created. Assuming that the stopwatch has been clicked, of course. There is no need to add a keyframe that way.

On the other hand, I put in a feature request (please do the same) to have a way to set all of the beginning keyframes to the current value. In other words, hit the stopwatch and set a keyframe with one keystroke.

To join clips easily, you can use ripple delete, or, you just need to make sure that “Snap” is turned on. Then you will see a verticle line show up to let you know where you are. Snap has an icon on the timeline window just under the Sequence number and timecode. Looks like a magnet.

When you export to AVI you will be using inferior audio. Since audio is a bog part of what you are creating, I highly suggest that you close Premiere Pro, delete the conformed audio files, import the project into a 48KHz prohject, and let the conforming begin.

There are only a couple of keys that would probably suit you. I suggest that you stay with After Effects. It is a much better compositor.
