Transition Alignment Question
Is there any way to set the alignment of a transition so that it always applies the same? IOW, can a cross dissolve be set to always “Start at Cut” instead of what appears to be the default “Center at Cut”?

Not that I know. I put in a feature request for that since I almost always begin at cut. I suggest that you put in a feature request as well.
