Probably not.
Here is what I suggest.
Shoot something with great lighting, and good colors, and great contrast against the background. Put it on a timeline, flip a copy on the next higher track, and then split screen the two by cropping the higher track to 50% from the left.
Export to the usual media – DVD or whatever – and then make your comparison. Look at both at the same time on the split screen and decide for yourself. Only you can make the decision.
Make sure you put enough on the timeline to give yourself time to decide. A couple of minutes at least. Maybe more. Also do this with the type of material you usually shoot.
