Don’t export the clip itself, export the section of the timeline they are in – using the workarea bar to restrict the export.

Hmmm. I could be wrong on this, but I thought Ctrl-Shift was for Premiere 6.x and just Shift for Premiere Pro.

You can control all of the tracks at once with the master controls in the Audio Mixer. So, yes, you answered your own question. Although it never hurts to ask if there is something easier.

A one pixel blur for a huge file may be insufficient. The sharper the photo, the more the DV codec can not deal with the little tiny lines. Add additional blur. You can add quite a bit to a large file before you even detect it. If you are zooming in, you will want to keyframe the blur to be less at a zoomed in value than at a full frame zoom out.

There is nothing to deinterlace in a file fron a still camera. So that won’t actually do any good.

I don’t know if Ken has tried the plugin I suggested, but if you have AE, it certainly is the easiest way to superimpose some timecode.

Thanks. I do what I can. Actually, there are people hosting this forum with a lot more influence with Adobe than I have. However, I have been fortunate enough to meet some of the Premiere Pro team, and I do get to vote on features, now and then, along with many others. I have been anything but quiet about my opinions. I must admit that recently, all of my comments have been related to HDV issues.

It comes down to how many features they can get in during a single release cycle. Many people ask for many things, and each of us are battling for our pet features.

I highly recommend that people start write-in campaigns via the Product Feature Request page. Get your friends online to put in feature requests. That is one of the main ways that Adobe decides what they want to attempt next, as far as I can tell.
