As suggested, just change the duration. Fun, isn’t it? When I shot this, I knew it would be presented this way. SO I just let it run. 60 seconds of it is a lot, but if you watch the people instead of the cars and motorcycles, you will see some more interesting things. Mostly, I love the way the motorcycles all come to the front at each stop.

You will have to stop the CTI (current time indicator) then poke out the eyeball of the tracks you do not want visible.
Premiere Pro and Vegas are different programs and often have different approaches to the same task.

Yes. Are you starting with 16:9 footage? Or do you have 4:3 footage that you want to crop to 16:9?

Gradient wipes are one way to do that. Use a custom gradient in the letter.
Another way is to use track mattes in motion. If you have After Effects 6.5 then you should have an effect for Write-On which can be used as well. There are lots of ways to skin that cat.
