Right click on the title of the footage in the project panel and relink from there.

I suggest that you either stay with Keylight or move to Ultra to speed things up. Premiere Pro just isn’t the best place to key your footage.

I don’t know why it happens, it does not happen to me. However, if you don’t want to import the entire project, make a copy and delete everything except what you want to import. Then do the job.

There is no way to unlink more than one clip at a time, however, you can select just the audio portions of multiple clips and then delete them, without ever unlinking them. Just hold down the Alt key while selecting just the audio. Then delete them.
There is no way to delete filters on multople clips. You need to change your workflow to get one clip the way you want it and then copy it’s attributes to other clips.

Did you use the Premiere Pro setup dialog to make it use the AG-DV2500 setting?

Basically you just scale the clips to 50% and change the position parameter to put each in the appropriate corner. And yes there are presets if you wish to use them.

Have you upgraded to version 3.2.0 ???
I believe they addressed some font issues in the patches.

On the other hand, I suggest that you recapture the footage on a PC.

Rather than changing workspaces, have you tried resetting your current workspace?
