  • Oh, and now I’ve reopened the project to discover the text is still showing in the captions dialog and on the timeline, but in the Program monitor everything displays as “Type Caption Text Here”. Yay.

September 8, 2016 at 1:39 am in reply to: Discrepancy in audio export between PPro and AME

    Hi Andy,
Thanks for the reply. I am using the Vimeo 1080p HD preset, no changes on my part, in both PPro and AME. None of the effects are enabled in the settings tab of either, so I’m still at a loss. Just ran another test to be sure and AME is absolutely compressing the audio somewhere as it’s a huge difference from PPro. For now the workaround is to just export out of Premiere, but of course that ties up Premiere and defeats the purpose of having AME work in the background so I can continue editing.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

    Thanks again.

April 29, 2016 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Audio repeat glitch at end of clip

Just came here looking for an answer to this. Thought I was going insane for a while since my timeline is one track with some text laid on top, about as far from complex as possible.. I even took out the video track, leaving only the audio, still getting this repeat thing. There’s no fading, I trimmed the audio off, deleted it and reimported, restarted PPro, restart the machine, still the same thing. Frustrating to hear they’ve known of the bug for two years and still it’s here? ugh.

April 2, 2016 at 4:42 pm in reply to: Global frame rate change for entire project?

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried the script and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work. When applied, AE seems to run for a few seconds then goes into “not responding” mode and is locked up. Any other options?

July 21, 2015 at 3:34 pm in reply to: Ram Preview Delay after upgrade

Is this fix also for Windows machines? I came to the forum to look for this issue and see this reference to Mac, assume you know it happens 100% of the time on Windows as well. It’s not a consistent delay, sometimes one second and sometimes several.

July 13, 2015 at 7:24 pm in reply to: CC2015 Audio Mute issue

This mute/unmute issue is driving me crazy. I’m on a brand new workstation running Windows 8.1, so I don’t think it’s an OS thing since you guys aren’t on PC. Certainly hope some bug fixes are coming soon because this version seems to be full of problems.

October 15, 2012 at 12:31 am in reply to: Logo looks terrible in DVDA

I finally realized that DVDA was resizing by default, which was causing the problem. Right clicking on the graphic and selecting “Make graphic actual size” fixes the issue. The slight resizing was just enough to make all edges look awful, as opposed to looking pristine in PS.

    Thanks for the help!

Yeah, tried that and it still looks terrible, super jaggy.
