Spend the time making a few templates. Laziness never got me anywhere. I own a LOT of plug-ins and I am not aware of a plug-in that automatically creates various split screens. Like Shane said, they are easy to make with your motion tab and distort tool. Make favorites and you’ll be all set.
You can try Boris Red and After Effects also.

From FCP Export QuickTime Movie. You can create a self-contained if you like. Import that file into Compressor. Use Web Streaming or Web Download QuickTime 7 Compatible setting. There are several choices there. I use H.264 300kbs. Then export.
Windows users will need the latest version of QuickTime on their system in order to view the file.
The two other fiile formats that work well for the web are Flash and WMV.

Drag all your clips into the timeline. Apply rotation on ONE clip. Press Copy. Select the rest of the clips in the timeline and Paste your attributes. Drag your clips back into your Browser.

There are plenty of 3rd party plug-ins available that do work with 5.1.2 Do a google search.
