Thinking about buying a used G5. How many OSX 10.4 installation discs should there be.
The guy only has Disc 1 and Disc 2.Not a big deal just curious. If I was to upgrade with just the 2 disks to my old G4 from 10.3.9
would that work, also?Thanks.

You only need one disc to install Tiger (10.4) Disc 2 is optional.
