Third Party Plug-Ins for FCP 5.1.2
Most of the video content I edit at my job consists of parties and wedding videos. Though some of the filters and transitions in FCP 5.1.2 are suitable, but a lot of them don’t work for me. They just aren’t fancy enough. Motion has some nice effects and filters, but no transitions, and is VERY time consuming. We tried Boris FX 8, only to discover after months of going through their support, and downloading sofware patches, etc., it does not function as it should with FCP 5.1.2, causing FCP to crash constantly, as well as many other malfunctions.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any third party plugins that will FUNCTION PROPERLY with FCP 5.1.2; particularly fancier pre-made transitions and effects geared towards weddings. PLEASE HELP! -

There are plenty of 3rd party plug-ins available that do work with 5.1.2 Do a google search.
What you need is Wedding Editors Toolkit from Digital Juice. They have two volumes now so you can WOW! your wedding clients with glitz.Steve Eisen

Check out the CGM plug-ins. They work great in 5.1.2.
