I got a Bachelors degree in Multi-Media Communications Technology and I had to pay for it. No free training whatsoever, why would it be free if you did it. If the client thought you would do 5 hours of free training and you send him a bill that may mean you’ll never see that client again…but it sounds like that is the case anyways.

“Animation” is a video codec. In its settings, you need to set it to “Millions of Color +”. The plus stands for the Alpha Channel (Transparent part of the video).

[Noah] Um sorta. There’s a fair amount you can do in Color with some practice but a flat shot is a flat shot.

I agree. A flat shot is a flat shot. If you really want to fix it you will need to look into using bezier type masks to darken and lighten certain parts of the shot. It will take a lot of work especially if your shot is moving a lot. Best of luck.

With the Bezier tool. Just create two points and then hit the return key to close the line. Check the outline check box and adjust the width as needed, that will create a straight line that will be animated once the Write On behavior is added.

I’m not a 100% sure I understand what your asking. I would Create my text. Use the Bezier shape tool to create an extension to the d. Add a Write On behavior to the new shape and it will animate it up. Hope this helps.
