I export everything out of Motion in it’s Native Codac (what my project settings are set to) and let Compressor do all of the number crunching.

There are many ways of doing what you want. The Zoom Layer Behavior will most likely work based on what you described. Hope this helps.

I would look into a internship. You’ll gain real world experience and a better reel. Plus, it will give you “inside” contacts. If your good and if a job opening becomes available you will most likely get it. Best of Luck.
