Yes, In the project pane or Timeline click on the discloser triangle for the Text Elements group so it shows everything in the group. Select one of the layers such as “Title Info Here” and then hit F4 to open up the Text tab, in the Format section you can change the text. Best of luck.

Looks great. With all of the light behind the person his shoulders and top of his head shouldn’t be dark. The edge of the shoulders should indicate that light is hitting his back. Just my impression. Looks great.

Well, you know that saying about how to tell who the pioneers are… just look for the guys all full of arrows

Love it, great quote. Sometimes those “arrows” can really hurt. We used to produce a weekly TV show that we needed to deliver to the Station on a Friday. We upgraded to Final Cut Pro HD on a Thursday morning. For some reason it deleted all of our clips. Ahhh, that was a long two days that still hurts to think about. We ended up going back to Final Cut Pro 4. Other then that disaster every upgrade from 2 to 7 has been good.

If you want to make the two clips one then you need to do Nesting. Here is a link to a FCP video tutorial on Nesting and more.

If you want to blend them together then right click on the top clip and choose Composite Mode from the drop down menu. Then choose one of the blending effects.
