When you go into “Render As”, do any of the Mpeg presets have an “=” in front of it?

Do you realize that there are THREE places in Vegas that extensions can be buried. I have no idea why, but look in Tools, View and Edit menus.
Your Analog-X plugin should be in the audio F/X in the “Third Party” folder.

Perhaps the projector defaults to SD if it doesn’t see a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) on the disc.

Here’s a few ideas:
This leads me to believe that there may be something wrong in the .net layer. Check your Windows Updates to see if there are any uninstalled .net updates.
Could some of the media be on an external drive? That shouldn’t crash Vegas, but it’s worth thinking about.
Reinstall Vegas. It only takes a few minutes.
Hold Ctrl-Shift when you open Vegas to reset everything.
Last, can you provide an English translation of the error message?

If your shot is on a tripod and the door doesn’t “move”, then you could try a chroma-key to take out the black. Or use a difference key (composite mode).

There are a few other places you can mute an audio track – check your mixing console. Do you have any other audio track set to solo? If you post your veg file I will try it with my media to see if I can find the problem.

I tried your veg file with random media from my projects and the veg file loads fine.
try splitting the project into temporary shorter projects and see if you can localize the error better.
