Why Vegas crashes?

Sounds like your Studio GUI interface isn’t being “drawn” correctly. For starters, try a Factory Reset. You do this by holding down Ctrl+Shift while launching Studio. You will need to reset all your workplace settings, the factory default is just that, the default. So, prior to doing this, make a note of anything you wish to reinstate.

Here’s a few ideas:
This leads me to believe that there may be something wrong in the .net layer. Check your Windows Updates to see if there are any uninstalled .net updates.
Could some of the media be on an external drive? That shouldn’t crash Vegas, but it’s worth thinking about.
Reinstall Vegas. It only takes a few minutes.
Hold Ctrl-Shift when you open Vegas to reset everything.
Last, can you provide an English translation of the error message?
