Desaturate your footage and use the built-in Noise filter in Premiere to add noise to your clip (un-check Use Color Noise).

When you created a new project, did you choose Red as the project type? You have to choose the correct sequence to match your footage – fps, etc.

Duotone images are created in photoshop, and saved as either EPS or DCS. Create the duotone in photoshop and specify your pantone colors.
He wants a 5 color job…and you’ve got more colors than 5 listed there. So, you have to cut back on your PMS (spot) colors. I’d be tempted to do 5 color process with a 5th color as a single spot color. But, not knowing anything about the design, what your client wants, etc., makes it difficult to respond.

Use distribute spacing – either horizontal or vertical to space out your objects. If you need them space an exact dimension, make an object with that exact dimension and place that object as a spacer between all of your objects, with smart guides turned on to snap the objects in place.
