HI Todd,

I think, the main problem is, that it’s WAV files from the ZOOM, and it’s not possible to import them to Clipwarp.

The card is now with a friend of mine in The Netherlands – he tried to recover it.
I will tell him to try this.
Maybe it works.
I will keep you updated.

First of all – yes, Dave is the Man! If they ever reach out the Golden Cow Award…he will be the top nominee.
Second: I personally would not do any of the re-scaling job in FCP.
In my opinion Final Cut really s…s in that department. Use Compressor instead.

What do you mean by compress? Speed Up – to show all 90min in 6 sec?

Hi Nick,

if You have AE – that will do a great job.
If not, Compressor also does it very good, just make sure you are checking the right settings.

Yes, After Effects. It does a great job scaling HD to SD.

so try to convert the same clip once with FCP and once with another software – and see if it looks different.

Hi RAphael,

thanx. I did a work around now: First I exported that graphic, with the G Filter applied to it in 8 Bit, Re-imported and dropped the rendered clip into the 10Bit Line. Works. still stupid though.
