Yes I tried a lot for probably a week, also asked people who are much more experienced in rigging. But it doesn’t seems to be possible.

I started with DUIK and actually still only know DUIK. Yes I think it’s very powerful (hope I will soon find the time to do one of those very advanced tutorials, currently I use probably only 30 % of what it’s capable of)

Was asking that my self a while ago. Googled a lot….and i believe its not possible without breaking the ehole rig.

Hello,
is there a way to to not use a comp name but just reference to the previous comp (the parent in relative path).

I read referencing to parent is not possible, but is it possible just saying like “one comp above this comp”? (Would be handy in case i rename my “parent comp”).

Hi, please can anybody help:

I am using Particle World and tried this with a 2 frame comp.
And I use this for a permanent particle field. But now there aren’t any particles at all.

First I successfully followed these steps to create a permanent particle field:

Can anybody help how to get a permanent field with a 2 frame comp?
