Hi Steve, thanks for you help. I’m using all 16:9 but a mixture
of HD and SD. I was just wondering if i should try and upscale the SD
or down covert the HD to SD for the edit?

I’ve had similar probs. The Multibridge Pro is the first blackmagic product I’ve had about 4 months have passed now and i’m still trying to get answers and fixes to problems with drivers and BM codec not being recognized by other software. Communication is a bit lax which is frustrating when your trying to push jobs through and keep hounding BM about issues at the same time.

  • Drag your large single clip onto the timeline cut it into it’s seperate clips and then you can drag these back into seperate bins in your project
    window.

Thanks for your help Mike. I’ll keep trying to narrow it down.
It loses them sometimes even when i’m still in the project. One of the guys early in this post said prem pro 2 has a bug that can cause this. I’m starting to think this may be my problem.
    Cheers

I’ve save the project always before shutting it down and the scratch disks are in the right place.
Could it be anything to do with the Hard drives?
The reason i mention this is that in an older system i was running 1.5 and had the same issue until the hard drives were re configured for a different reason and it fixed the problem. Not sure if it was a mapping or indexing prob (i’m not a pc guru so i may be way off the mark)?
