When the guy in the leather jacket is beginning to cover the monitor, you can stop the tracker and move your screen track layer to the edges of the monitor to the left. The other monitor is on the same relative plan and the idea is Mocha’s shape based search area gives you a very fluid way to solve offset tracking.
See the attached image, I have shown you some other potential areas to track when he gets int the way.
When he occludes the entire image, there is nothing you can do other than manually keyframe.
Lastly, AdjustTrack module in Mocha is an advanced technique to fix tracks that are close but drift.

Have you tried using AdjustTrack first, before setting the surface to full frame using Align Surface?

If your foreground subject gets in the way of the Mocha track, then you need to add a 2nd layer and mask out the foreground subject. This layer does not need to be tracked, but does need to go above the track layer (in stack order).
Another technique is to find other objects that move on the same relative plane as your monitor, go to the frame just before the foreground subject messes things up and move your search area away to focus on areas that are trackable. This is called offset tracking and is used to solve very difficult occlusions.
This is a good tutorial to watch to learn some techniques: https://youtu.be/KZvc5GauDus

Noel,
I believe your issue is you have a trimmed layer in AE and you are not pasting Mocha track data at the first frame in AE.
If you select the layer and hit U do you have a lot of keyframes that are offset in the timeline? You might want to upgrade your After Effects to the newest cloud update. Note that Mocha AE is now updated with a lot of new features and instead of copy/paste there is a create track button that can help avoid some of these offset issues user run into.

It is possible that you don’t have a good track. A Mocha Pro remove is only as good as the track that drives it. Did you track with perspective enabled or not? Also, it looks to me that your track layer is including the eyeball, which might also be throwing off your track.
Also – make sure your clean plate is set to the frame you painted it on. (edit the clean plate and make sure there is a number there and not ALL).
Hope some of these suggestions help. You can always contact Mocha support team for more help: https://borisfx.com/support/open-a-case/
FYI – We will be releasing a new Mocha Pro version any day no with much faster GPU accelerated object removal. ???? https://youtu.be/PjLACtZPEsM
It is also available as subscription, making the overall entry to Mocha Pro much more affordable.
Best,

If you want to apply effects such as stroke to a Mocha generated roto shape, you need to “paste as an AE mask”.
If you are running Mocha AE and have a roto shape on the clipboard, you will see 2 different paste options under edit menu:
Paste (pastes Mocha as Mocha shape plug-in – good for variable edge feathering)
Paste AE Mask – converts Mocha shape to AE maskRoss Shain

Here is a tech note that covers Mocha footage support:
https://borisfx.com/support/documentation/mocha/5.6.0/#_what_to_do_if_mocha_does_not_support_your_footageIf you are running the Mocha Pro plug-in inside AE, all footage that the Adobe media engine supports will work with Mocha.
If you are running the bundled Mocha AE (which is a standalone application) some file types are not supported.

July 17, 2018 at 4:38 pm in reply to: Translate Track Data from a 1920px comp to a 3840px oneAlso note that Mocha projects will auto-scale to the size of the clip you give it. This is quite useful when working at 4k or 360/VR projects.
For example, you could start a project at 1920, do the Mocha work, then link it to larger sized clip and the tracking and roto layers will scale.
In the Mocha Pro plug-in this would be done by simply copying the plug-in from one comp to the other.
In Mocha AE, you would save the Mocha project than open it on the other clip.Ross Shain

You could track the parts of mouth using Mocha and then parent the tracking data to a Plexus from AE scripts.
This is an older tutorial, but the general workflow is still relevant:
