Mocha Pro has had lighting matching for object removes for years. It is a huge time saver once you invest in the time to learn it.

The Mocha Pro remove module and 1 or 2 painted frames could probably handle this just fine. Mocha Pro has an “illumination” setting in the Remove module that can match the lighting shifts.
To run Mocha Pro in an FCPX environment, you can run it as an macOS standalone application as it does not work naively inside FCPX.

There are lots of ways to accomplish “skin smoothing”. Both Boris FX plug-in products (Continuum and Sapphire) have skin smoothing with integrated Mocha masking to isolate the face tracking:

Looking at your video it seems to me that your search area must be too large as when the door opens, you are getting bad track. You will need to edit your search area to avoid the door opening. When the car moves offscreen at the end, you will then need to move the search area to an offset part of the car.Ross Shain

You may want to transcode files that Mocha AE does not support to a more common format such as tif or jpeg sequences. This tech note might help.

This means that any clip that is supported within Adobe AE or Premiere, will open into the Mocha Pro interface without the need to transcode.

A very common technique is to stop your track before the object goes off-screen and position the search area (the spline shape) on something that is moving relative to the motion of the object that goes off-screen.
Understanding the relationship between the spline layer (the search area) and the Surface (the tracking data) in Mocha is essential to solving difficult tracks. This is a quick way to do offset tracking.

The standalone version can copy/paste Premiere masks if both apps are open. However, there is no way to “configure” Mocha Pro standalone application to launch from Premiere. This is what the Mocha Pro plug-in for Adobe is designed for.

You will need to avoid the dancers by selectively key-framing your shape while tracking.
