okay, thanks for your serious help guy’s..

I had after effects opened while rendering, but not working in it.
so i paused the Adobe media encoder, shut down AE and continue and it
speed up a lot. not sure if adobe media encoder uses the same project from where i delivered the job, or a copy.

the composition size is huge, 4800x2600px, its a texture for a projection
    Mapping.

the project consists mostly of rendered 3d image sequences from cinema 4d, wich i am editing, sometimes i use effects like levels, glow and also rendered trackmatte’s for transitions.

the render speed is basicly very fast for this size. 30min for 1min fullres. I just had this big slow down after 20 minutes where i
rendered a 4min sequence. the output format is jpg image sequence.

    computer:

    Mac Pro 2010
    CPU 2 x 2,66 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
    Memory 12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC
HDD 120GB SSD OS drive, 2TB work drive (raid)
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024 MB

    thanks people!

That it something people aiming for yeahrs. For me, the light is very important, try to copy the light angle and style, Composite a shadow into the footage. Use realistic textures, use reflections combined with an hdri map. And Check if your matchmoving is looking good. And thousand other things 🙂

thanks! i will try to look arround in the expressions section,
but i guess i hafe to start deeper thinking, there will be no
    already working solution maybe.

    bam!

i didnt had the chance to test it jet but sounds like the tool
    i am looking for!

not even that, it also has some uv conversion skills between 3d app and after effects. so in may case it opens some new possebilities!

    best regards,
    Ronny

    🙂

i definatly should write clearer descriptions.

i already do what you discribed! works great! but also need the opposite workflow.

the thing is that i DONT want to create the isometric views with after effects, i get isometric pictures from an 3d app. so i always start with an already perspectived picture wich needs to be flatten.

but to be unist isometric sources with these skrew transform brings me plenty of steps further.

    🙂

    hey,

i made a big step when it comes to transform it into plane shapes,
i use distord-> transform. the skew option helps to align the vanashing axes horizontal and vertical. and finally use scale to bring back the original proportions. and then crop it.

bit messi but for me okay …
