Well that makes sense. However before installing Neat Video I could render videos. Now I cannot. So either the installation went wrong, or something else is causing the problem.
I tried that, did some web searching and found out that it was a spotlight issue. Had to reset it with Preferences. This still render way slower than they did before, but I guess that’s how it goes with large video projects.
What I meant to say is, are you implying that After Effects isn’t working because I need to update the software?
They had to make a patch to download for AE when the MacOS upgraded. So I’m wondering, but I found an update and I’ll try that.
I went to delete the preferences but it won’t allow me to open the menu upon startup. I just deleted it and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. Is there an easier way to delete preferences? Because I can’t find it google searching. Nothing is working, I’m hoping it’s not just the software. : /
This is AE CS6, the latest version. I figured it was a bug. I have another working tower that I can use. Was just wondering if there was a reset or something I could do.
