After Effects Mask & Keylight issues
I’ve been having issues with my Pen tool masking, I usually draw a rectangular shape and use Keylight to remove the green screen. After a few projects the pen tool mask started making curves every time I clicked. And now the keylight drop down menu isn’t clickable. I used the toolbar ( Effects

This is AE CS6, the latest version. I figured it was a bug. I have another working tower that I can use. Was just wondering if there was a reset or something I could do.

I went to delete the preferences but it won’t allow me to open the menu upon startup. I just deleted it and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. Is there an easier way to delete preferences? Because I can’t find it google searching. Nothing is working, I’m hoping it’s not just the software. : /

What I meant to say is, are you implying that After Effects isn’t working because I need to update the software?
They had to make a patch to download for AE when the MacOS upgraded. So I’m wondering, but I found an update and I’ll try that.
