No, Adobe left that shortcut out for some reason.
Please, fill out this Product feature request form and write that you want it back. I did it months ago cause i really miss that shortcut plus some other shortcuts that for some reason where left out in PPro 2.0.

love2lindy, if you place the CTI over the cut point and press T the clip will launch in the Source Monitor and the audio will be there for you. Just set an In Point and a Out Point at the right places and set the Source Window to Take Audio and use an Overlay edit to bring only the audio down to your Timeline.

No, you can not import Premiere Pro 2.0 Timelines directly into Encore DVD 2.0.
You can however import After Effect 7.0 compositions into Premiere Pro 2.0 and Encore DVD 2.0 with Dynamic Link if you have Adobe Production Studio installed.
