Each broadcaster have their own specifications, so there is almost never one magic export setting that is the right one for all broadcasters. If you are delivering to Netflix, ask them for specifications. If you deliver to Apple TV, ask them for specifications, etc, etc. Boring? Yes.

If you want retain the quality, edit in a 3840×2160 timeline and export as 3840×2160. If you edit the footage in a 1920×1080 timeline you will scale up the footage when exporting and thus loose quality.
If you need to export 1920×1080, edit in a 3840×2160 timeline and export as 1920×1080.
Any mis-match between footage/timeline/export will degrade your footage.

Use the shortcut for Edit Marker instead of pressing M multiple times. Press Ctrl+Alt+K to bring up the Keyboard Shorcuts dialog and search for edit marker and assign it to a keyboard shortcut you want to use.

July 15, 2019 at 1:02 pm in reply to: Premiere cutting off first 1/2 second from zoom files, but only on macMake sure to use 16 bit 48 kHz audio. Deviating from that can cause issues.
You can convert the audio from X bit YY kHz to 16 bit 48 kHz in most audio applications, such as Adobe Audition, before importing the audio into Premiere Pro.

Jean, this is an old but still valid article about getting good looking titles, including what fonts to avoid and fonts that work well: https://library.creativecow.net/articles/hodgetts_philip/titles.php
I would uncheck Maximum Render Quality as well unless you know why you need it.

If you have access to a Windows computer, use ScenalyzerLive to capture instead of Premiere Pro. ScenalyzerLive can be downloaded for free these days and has been superiour to Premiere Pro´s capture module since forever.
