Possible Adobe Media Encoder Bug?
Is there a reason why the Adobe Media Encoder will not allow me to create an MPEG1 or MPEG2 file, but will allow me to create a Windows Media File and Quicktime file. It used to let me choose any file type I wanted but now no matter what Premier Project I open when I go to Export the project to a file, the MPEG1 and MPEG2 file types do not allow me to press OK (as the OK button is grayed out). I don’t remember changing any settings, and have run into this problem before. The only way I found around this was to reinstall Premier Pro. Any ideas on what could be causing this flakiness?

Thanks for posting that, I couldn’t find that either. It’s pretty queer that they do that and after using Premiere since v5.0 makes me wonder if I shouldn’t go cross platform entirely and use Final Cut Pro.
