you are right. 3d vector layers do get a softer anti-aliasing. I think this was always the case.

it seems that the time line indicator goes where your cursor goes. could this be a hardware issue with your mouse being clicked or something? did you try to restart the app and computer? also making sure Ae is up to date is always a good advice.

if you duplicate with Ctrl+D – you won’t lose your matte option. copy paste unfortunately resets the matte option to default.

instead of actually moving it, place the whole shape next to the corner of the composition, then use the offset effect on the layer and use the shift center to parameter to movie it.

what does that mean? do you mean it’s not blinking? or it’s not moving?
if you mean there’s a problem with the loop then make sure that:
1. in the precomp, the length of the precomp is of the actual animation. for example on, off, then on again.
2. in the master comp, when you time remapping you need to create a keyframe one frame before the last keyframe, then you delete the last keyframe. this will make it loop properly (if in the precomp the first and last keyframes are the same).
3. in the master comp, stretch the out point of your precomp so it will continue on playing.see if this helps:

you have a match font feature in photoshop under “type” you can try that with a screenshot, or you can use some online type recognizers that from my experience are quite good

there is no such native feature, but since these are simple circular shapes, you can create a stroke path with round cap and use gap and dash under dashes to create the spacing. then you could use the path to align your points:

you can do it with a workaround, use the calculations effect and set the input channel to either Red, Green, or Blue

they are supposed to be dependent. how are you changing the parameters? make sure the right layer is selected in the timeline. the only time a duplicate is not unique is if you precompose and duplicate the precomp. this is not the case.
