Is it only the blue lights..? they are a well known problem for video..

you may need the SXS drive software from the sonnet site too.. should be a link from the express card box in products

sorry cant say 100% but pretty sure the UDF driver isnt specific to the 500.. just any Sony camera that can generate UDF files.. 200/500 PMW PDW 700/800.. I think..
Just need the UDF driver thats all.. and SXS device driver if you are using a computer with EXP card slot..

Does it only occur with the blue LED lights..? these lights are notorious for causing optical problems..
and there seems to be nothing you can do about it..If its there all the time then maybe a camera /lens fault..

Is the mounting internally a job to be done by Sony tech,s.. ? dont know if I want to venture in there with hammer and chisel ..

Just a thought.. is it possible to send proxy files by email or yousendit.. what would be the best way to do that.. any idea of their file size.. from 50 mbps UDF footage. . per say 10 mins of footage..

ok thanks.. and that comes with the wifi set.. or is part of it.. only pictures i can find is the wifi transmitter with USB cable..? and what looks like a holder..
