Loved it.  Forced to Frame IO.  Actually works pretty well.  I probably use 15% of it but for me it works great.  Absolutely hate Vimeo since its inception.  Playback is always laggy, not great for clients.  YouTube is a non starter unless you have subscription but then it&#8217;s YouTube.  Sticking with Frame&hellip;</p>

In these instances we had the cameras all start with a unique hour start time.  1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour etc&#8230;.and we&#8217;d increment the hour start time throughout the shoot.  Some cameras don&#8217;t have timecode so you do get the 00 start on all&hellip;</p>

CC22 was probably the most stable with the updates I needed&#8230;and CC23 was not any better&#8230;.still plagued with window issues, keystrokes not working etc.  But it seems that CC24 has delivered a very stable version with most of my issues fixed.  I run Monterey on a 2018 iMac Pro.&hellip;</p>

Also some of my keyboard shortcuts just stopped working.  I have Option-D set to duplicate anything in the project window.  It just stopped working after the latest CC22 update.  Running Catalina so can&#8217;t load CC23&hellip;</p>

Still my point still applies.  Export whatever codec you have been using in your sequence Preview setting and after you render the sequence make sure you match that setting on export.  BAM  probably about 2 minutes to export.</p>

It depends on the app, but the worst is when Media Encoder looks completely different from the record window!  I have an HP Dreamcolor that is calibrated and I trust it, but when the same clip looks different in four different places it scares me!</p>

Morph Cut crashes the app every single time it is added to a sequence.  I have Mohave on the iMac Pro, but I also have a souped up MacPro 2009 running High Sierra with the same apps and it also crashes now.  It is dead on all my systems.  Anyone have a fix?</p>

When I export it, I match the sequence so I am exporting a ProRes 422.  I choose &#8220;Use Previews&#8221; and assuming the sequence is rendered it might only take a few minutes to export the whole thing.  I then use the ProRes 422 in Media encoder to make my h264.</p>

Clunky as an Edsel.  I figured out how to use the One Touch USB copy which is part of the new software&hellip;</p>

Vmix is a big boy tool but it is solid for this.  I have tried a plugin for Skype but not everyone can log into Skype especially corporate clients who swear by Microsoft teams because of it&#8217;s proposed security, but it&#8217;s got as many&hellip;</p>

But have loved mine.  The monitor is a little oversaturated for color work but no biggie.  It&#8217;s been my workhorse machine for a while running the Adobe suite and am glad I made the investment.  It helped me decide to keep the old Mac Pro going&hellip;</p>

I went entirely with Red Giant&#8217;s Colorista.  Works great.  Since everyone is using the Adobe Suite we have no choice really, except to invest in third party software&#8230;.but that is challenging if I have to exchange a project with others and they don&#8217;t use Colorista!</p>

Still the mask goes whacky after a few keyframes are added.  Absolutely befuddling.  I figured nesting would work&#8230;.nope.  Then I exported the clip running at 90% and brought it back in&#8230;.nope, either the clip drifts between layers, or the mask literally renders in a different spot than where it is drawn!  </p>

Now I needed to add back part of the original shot so I duplicated V1 again and put it on V3.  I made a small mask and tried to track it over the&hellip;</p>

Not sure why it changes but mine did too!</p>

I like the sense of scale that this industry boasts.  Hard to get that online.  I do think smaller regional shows might become a hit.  But one reason I like NAB in Vegas is to rent a Harley and do some riding.  And that works just as well in Spring or Fall in Vegas!</p>

Very cool.  Avid&#8217;s database back end and the way it understood timecode was very impressive.  Not helpful for this post however!</p>
