have you tried the width control? How about the three way toggle for displaying the original?

The Tour starts on the 7th although there is a live programme on the friday. I’m working on it from the monday onwards.

Agreed, but if they say spin onto the next minute I would have thought the TRT is the programme segment sum, not the tape TRT.

No, your segment can be any length, but if your segment finishes at xx:46″ then go onto the next minute ( ie 1′ 14′ on) to start the next segment.

No, your TRT is just YOUR sum of the segements.

Drop shadows on objects yes, but you cannot cast a shadow from an object that has a lightsource on it.

There seem to be problems with the FCS GM install, especially Motion3. Doing a complete reinstall, OS, Quicktime etc might get round the problem/s, at this stage we don’t know exactly what is happening.
I am going to do a complete wipe & the above and see if the slowdowns I’m experiencing go away.

Tony,
Import the Jpeg into FCP, butt it up to the footage.
Select the frame viewer and select current frame & next edit. This will show you both side by side.Do a rough colour correction using the split
Flip between the two & adjust by looking at the waveforms
Maybe use RGB balance & look at the RGB parade on the scopes.Try that for starters.
