repeating a thread from another forum, the best answer was to export out a full resolution quicktime,
then make two copies/exports in QuicktimePro by adjusting the geometry/size. -
Just as a footnote here, I got caught out by a very, very clever april fool.

Then open that up in the other systems/sPeter
