It does exactly what you want to do and can be recalled with a shortcut

Make Motion favourite? The look for the shortcut in the menu, probably something like control shift F

Normally a match frame won’t work because you don’t have the clip somewhere in your browser.

I loved Shake and bought it as soon as it was released on OSX.
However, Motion has now taken over for me. If I did a lot of hirez greenscreen etc then I’d get Shake back out of the box.
