I want to grade my photographs as i do in lightroom but with DaVinci + Control Surface.

There are AJA presets in your preset list.
In this case create a AJA 1080p30 timeline. -

I also have terrible experience with h264 on ppro cs5.5. -
for DaVinci Resolve it will. Premiere dont know.

Canon dslr doesnt output uncompressed progressive signal.
Shoot h264 with cinestyle picture style for best dynamic range.
