Try to right click clips in the premiere “bin” and ” interpret footage” to correct aspect.
Not playing sound may be because premiere is analyzing it.– No Parking Production –

For these kind of tasks, I find that setting the stabilizer to only scale, position, rotete, gives a better result.

Which NLE do you use? Some software interprets c100 footage wrong. Must be interpreted as Progressive, not interlaced. Premiere gives you an option to alter the interpret footage…

First of all Bob, I did not build myself. The system was sold by a provider.
Second, the system mounted fine with 10.9.2- but I had to update because we were having issues with PC’s disconnecting. It is a known factor that Apple has had problems with the transition to SMB2.– No Parking Production –

Hi Simon
Thanks for the reply. Yes it does show up in Disk Utility – and says it is “mounted”.
Clients can log on with SMB or AFP, and the Areca disk will be accessible form here. But I cannot access it from the server itself.– No Parking Production –

You need to right click the clips in the bin – not the sequence.

I guess the Relink command is new with CC. But it is a very strong feature.
In your case I would try to right click the clip, and use the “replace footage” command – then point to the correct footage.
