My company has the Adobe suite, but I myself prefer to use Affinity’s programs. Only use Adobe when I receive a document, and just need to edit and save back. Just started using Affinity Publisher for generating reports, and really love the fact that you can do complex vector and photo editing direct inside it, through the Designer and Photo Personas.

We have a storage solution that has 4 x 1Gb network access, and 4 x 10Gb access. The 1Gb connections are link-aggregated and connected to a switch, which about 12 computers (iMacs, MBP’s and PC’s) have access to. The 10Gb connections are directly connected to 4 iMacPro computers, for editing and effects.

We experience approx. 4x increase in network performance through the 10Gb connections – and yes, they are very likely to disconnect (and almost always during over night renders).

But what happened to the result of the survey for After Effects, where most users asked for performance enhancements instead of new features, which was at that time promised?

Well, if they were so scared, would they not include as many new tools in their package as possible, instead of craving a separate subscription for this?

Why should it not be part of CC subscription?
Animate (Flash) is… XD is… Premiere supports VR…
Also you need an Adobe CC account to use it.

I tried the Beta but it is a little crude.
    Nice though for simple presentations.

But my point is not the software – it is the changed pricing model!

    R16? That’s a no-brainer.

2 new tabs for scripting and storyboarding, and a final tab for designing the poster ; )

The iPad Pro is sovereign at drawing tasks, and I hope Apple will bridge it to the Mac soon.

I did watch the video and one of my friends has the Surface.
My point was not that MacOSX works as well on a Touch Screen – it doesn’t at all, but wasn’t designed to either.
For what it sets out to do, and for users that are not IT experts, I think MacOS does it better than any Windows flavour. When I use Windows 10, I get lost even trying to find the Control Panel, which they now try to hide. The interface screams that it is in transition between ordinary interaction and Touch. It is ugly, clumsy and invokes too many pop-up dialogues constantly annoying you. Just makes me want to get back on well-known Mac ; )

What do you mean by a Win95 paradigm in MacOSX?
I work with both Win7, Win10 and MacOS, and truly feel Windows constantly masquerades the same old UI that you never get accustomed to, while MacOS nicely powers the engine under the hood, while retaining a well known UI.
