I guess you need 4:3 for a XGA projector? Create a 1024×768 sequence and place the clip here without adapting the clip settings, and export as H264. This will letterbox the clip in 4:3 format.

If the original preview files were generated in CS6, then CC will assume a different file location.

Preview files are kept in specific folders for each version of Premiere. On Mac this is in: /Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/.
You could consider trying to copy from the 6.0 to the 7.0 folder, but the preview file format might have changed…– No Parking Production –

Fighting with the same problem, and haven’t found a way to bring over bins, except to put all untrimmed footage on a Timeline, and export this via AAF.
When you import the AAF in AVID it will create a bin with all the clips. Voila.Now the tricky part is relinking in AVID. You can only relink AMA files, since AVID has a complete different structure with its own MXF files.

Have the latest drivers for the card, but have seen erratic behaviour from Speedgrade. Before the last big upgrade we had banding problems with all masks, when returning to Premiere. Also frequent crashes. Now in the latest upgrade, there are less crashes, but border pixels in the viewer are incorrectly rendered, with flickering noise. Upon returnng to Premiere the noise disappears again.
