why is it taking so longn to export a quicktime movie reference?
my video is 7mins long and its going to take 20 mins just for a refernece file!

how should i have my settings? Should i set them to a DV codec to edit with, and then switch to animation when outputting?

THAT’S IT.
I HAD MY IN/OUT DISPLAYED ABOVE MY TIMECODE ON THE COMPOSER MONITOR.
SWITCHED THEM AND NOW IT WORKS.

there actually SWFs. compressed.
they look good and scale great. i think they were made in Flash.

i cannot get the raw source. only have the compressed SWFs.

how can i convert them to use in AE and Avid?

i guess i will try the copy and paste to time feature.

changing the keyframes might just be somehtign i have to get used to but what else annoys me is that FCP makes there modifier triangles for attributes tooooo small! sometimes its hard to click on that little arrow to change scale.

wish they would make them bigger.
