the DV50 is 480 – note the movie file is fine. Mastered just fine with the Io and FCP5.1.4

I would LOVE to see as an option. I have submitted this a couple of time. Probably time to do it again!

I thought this was as big as any recent upgrade. Everything added to the usability of the complete package and for the money you get a lot. FCP is just the core app in the bundle. Think you can find several key features that alone are worth the price of the upgrade.
But like everything else there is room for improvement.

Or a problem with AJA driver since multicam plays back fine in FCP6 without the card.

No card is needed to capture p2 cards at all.

Not even worth giving much thought to anything you are doing to do a year or more down the road. MBP will be updated at least once by then. But the current MBP will run the current apps just fine. Other than uncompressed HD they are a real workhorse. But if you don’t need portability you get a lot more power for your money going with a desktop.

yes, and I’m wondering if that is what did it. I installed it a couple of days ago and just now but not until now did I need to uncollapse some clips to make edits. to a few sots.

The timeline is concert so there are probably 500 edits, wouldn’t want to double check them all.

Just saw that this morning, this I had a backup file I hit yes but it didn’t seem to add a filter, would this be hidden away somewhere?
