SoundTC only counts as 30 regardless of project type. It is something that needs to be updated in the future. When working in 1080p/23.976, use any of the AuxTC columns as your sound timecode as they count the same as the project type.

What product are they using to online with? If an Avid project it will be as simple as sending the bin with the sequence (MC or Symphony) or an AFE if going to Avid DS.
If you do need an EDL, you will send an EDL for each V track, so in this case, V1 with A tracks, then V2 and a V3. Three EDL’s in all.

Top timecode/footsge counter above the record monintor drives type and count for UI. Change it to the timecode rate you need.

I found this happens when moving bins into a project folder when the project is open. I always move bins with project closed or Media Composer not running. There used to be a small utility that fixed this somehow. I need to see if I can track it down again. It’s been a while.

Why a 4K file on a projector that is only HD? Somewhere along the way, it is going to get resized, etc. Also, what is color space and calibration of projector?

Since AMA linked media cannot generate an AAF, then “get sequence” will not work since it creates an AAF in the background. This is why opening the bin directly from EDL Manager will work.
In versions previous to MCv5, you can always try putting your source ID in the Labroll column and generate a list from there using Labroll as source in EDL Manager.
As Job is inferring, v5 brings file import/AMA enhancements that allow them to behave just like tape based sources for ALE, ALE Merge, metadata management and editing, list generation, etc.

Blackmagic Design has converters that will do PsF to P.

Open the sequence in a 1080p/23.976 project
Right click/modify
Change sequence to 1080
batch capture.It will recalculate all clips to be true 24fps and do the timecode conversion based on the original pulldown relationship of 23.976 to 29.97.
