Not shipping yet and I don’t think they even know how much it is going to cost. Will get a good idea tonight. I think its pretty amazing too.

Just a FYI and I dont recommend this, with Dynamic RT turned on you can play mixed formats on the fly in same timeline with FCP 5. Plays a bit choppy in places but plays. Kind of fun at parties

Print to video will automatically conform the sequence. Takes FOREVER. Perhaps that is why you think it is not recording?

If your mac sees the deck then it must be a setting on the deck. That or trash your prefs and try again

Knowing you have done a re-install of Studio including Compressor, try now just reinstalling compressor once again.

Just so you know, this happens most often because one has upgraded while a FW device was connected to the Mac. Big no no. Any more upgrades, unplug all FW devices first.
