Boris Continuum has a ‘de-noise’ filter, that kind of smooths the shot out somewhat – give it the illusion of being ‘clean’.

It doesn’t work for every situation, but has helped me on a number of occassionss.

I stand corrected, but I believe you have to pay the $30 QT7PRo registration fee in order to the full functionality of QTPro7

I recall a lot of people were upset about that at the FCP5 & Tiger was released.

I believe Lyric has a motion tracking plug-in – haven’t used it myself, though, so can’t vouch for it.

There’s a free demo download available for your perusal.

It may help to dump ALL the render files associated with the project, and also to copy the timeline & bins into a new project.
