You can screen capture it with a great package called SnapXproZ – which will give you QT files, once captured.

I agree with the above – and I’d also like to recommend a great $10 plug-in from http://www.digital-heaven.co.uk called DX Box – that makes push-backs and P-in-P work a breeze.

You aren’t going to believe this, but I did the mixdown of the audio, re-exported to QT, and the DVD burned perfectly (!?!)

[I also trashed the plist file, but I had done that before and it didn’t seem to help the first time, so I assume it was the audio mixdown!]

Worst case, you can blow the image up about 10-15%, then wireframe the image so the stamp is out of the frame.

Making a wide-screen matte will probably also help you, too.
